If you're looking for help menu planning, we've got our sixth seasonal menu up for inspiration!

 

This menu plan focuses on cold storage vegetables and yeast... which sounds like a weird combination but the beauty of it is it's highly seasonal and takes advantage of what's available from old school 'food technology' (baking and cold stored produce). From a salad take on beet and cabbage based borscht and cabbage stuffed pork loin to a drink with yeast to make bubbles, this menu is able the simple things.
