Wearable flowers photo shoot in a Virginia garden.
These images were just too good not to share. While we were at Holly Chapple's farm for our monthly food and flowers photoshoot, she and her team were wrapping up creating several pieces for a floral challenge from a wholesaler. She asked us if we could photograph some of the things while we were there since it was just such a waste to not have them shot.
Ryan Redman worked on the headpiece (which is amazing BECAUSE IT USES BLUEBERRIES) and Holly and her team worked on the bouquet that covers the model's (Carrie's) entire body body. Eventually we decided we wanted to plant Carrie in dirt which is when we ended up taking what were my favorite pictures of the day. We don't often shoot dark and moody, but it so works here.
