We're so excited to have three healthy but doable weeknight worthy dinner recipes we made over on Goop (Gwyneth Paltrow's website). I'm really into these recipes. We've made them several times and this cast iron skillet cake is SO cool if you want to try out new to you veggies like kohlrabi. 

But beyond the recipes being really delicious, I'm thrilled to be on Goop.
