Grand Prize Winner! The Gluten Free Frito Lay Contest
Back in May I was challenged to enter a Frito Lay recipe development contest. We were asked to use Frito Lay products which are naturally gluten free, to create a new dish. The Gluten Free Party Quiche I submitted won first place! Two ingredients for a crust like this? Definitely worth making.
