Greek Yogurt Curry Dip for Apples
I feel like if I absolutely had to pick a favorite fruit, it might be apples. I can snack on apples for days. But I don't like Granny Smith or Red Delicious. I really go for a good Honey Crisp, Pink Lady or Fuji apple. In order to round out an apple and make it a blood sugar level sustaining quality snack, I need to add a protein. My curry dip is a 0% Greek yogurt base and adds just enough spunk! Peanut butter on the other hand can be kind of a slippery slope for me and I tend to over do it.
Note: This is also the very same recipe I use for sandwich spreads!
Curry Dip
- 1 cup of 0% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 T curry powder ( I use madras. Adjust amount depending on your ability to handle it.)
- black pepper
- crisp apples for serving
