Come Healthy Grocery Shopping With Me! Nutritionist's Wegmans List
I love to grocery shop. I know for some people it's a chore (and honestly sometimes I don't like it), but it can be my zen time and Wegmans is my temple. If you've never been to a Wegmans the best way I can describe it is Disney World for food lovers. There are wheels of cheese the size of my body, fresh rolled sushi, an olive bar, bulk bins of natural products and a wine section that you could get lost (or drunk) in. On Instagram I was asked my ranking of Whole Foods to Wegmans. Wegmans is my winner. And in an effort to show you WHY....I decided to literally show you!
