If you don’t have foods to make health conscious meals, healthy dinner isn’t happening. If healthy options in usable form are RIGHT THERE, it’s easy to take the next step and use them.
Today on Inspired Home I’m sharing my fridge and why it works for eating healthier. Remember: everyone has their own definition of healthy. A fridge, or anything in your kitchen for that matter, is meant to be functional for your life. Use what you need to get you there. I didn’t make my fridge ‘perfect’. I kept what I had in there. Like a weird bowl of clear BBQ sauce Chris was making. And a half empty bottle of wine.
