A gin-forward, grapefruit cocktail with spiced star anise syrup- served with optional CBD.

This recipe for a Spiced Grapefruit Collins is a gin-forward drink mixed with strong grapefruit juice and spiced star anise simple syrup. It’s great with or without CBD oil (yes, even the more hemp forward tasting varieties!).

While this recipe isn’t my typical ‘style’ preference (bright pink), it’s a super fun cocktail that’s more than meets the eye thanks to the spices.
