This smoothie is a great way to use up grapes and to play with new-to-you ingredients like cashew butter.
For those familiar with CBD oil, this is a great smoothie for full spectrum hemp oil that can taste or smell especially potent. The aroma and taste of the raspberries and grapes helps lift the grassier funk of full spectrum, while the cashew butter rounds out the edges to make everything creamy, salty and savory.
“PB&J” Grape Cashew Butter Smoothie
Serving: 2, 1 1/2 cup servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Active Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup black grapes
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 T natural cashew butter
1/2 frozen banana
5 ice cubes
1 cup 2% milk
30 mg full-spectrum CBD oil
Directions:
Add ingredients to a medium blender. Blend on low, increasing speed to high for one minute and thirty seconds.
