Simply Sushi

Is Chef Morimoto your sushi hero? Let us harken back to the first time I tried to roll sushi. It was a roll of disaster. Rice was falling out of every conceivable opening and what resulted was more of a nori and rice pile. It takes several rounds of trial and error, not to mention a willing taste tester, to get sushi right.
