I love snacks. SO. Much. The art of having just a little bite of something that balances flavors and energy between meals is easier said than done for may people though... It can be challenging to find something satisfying while convenient but also low calorie. And did I mention there are kind of rules? I don't want you eating just a piece of fruit.
