May is brunch season, which is basically like Christmas for me. I love the light, chic bites and of course a clean signature cocktail that go with weddings, showers, graduations etc.... Instead of creating a new dish for this month's Recipe Redux challenge, I pulled together my 5 most recent signature cocktails that I created for Limn & Lovely. 

White Summer Sangria: A light pinot grigio mixed with gala apple, sugared grapes and strawberries with a touch of peach schnapps.

Rhubarb Vanilla Fizz: A floral spring drink with sweet vanilla tones to match.

Cantaloupe Black Pepper Cooler: Ripe melon paired with refreshing cucumber...and  little slap in the face with a black pepper simple syrup.

Scotch Bonnets and Strawberries: Some like it hot. Infused scotch bonnet vodka and strawberry pureé spice things up.

Basil Prosecco and Lemoncello: Pop the bubbly but brighten it with peppery basil and lemon.
