It was Costco haul day and I thought there was no better time to show you not only what I buy but also show you how healthy shopping at Costco can be. Also, the ridiculous amount of produce you can buy for under $100 to make typically pricy smoothies and juices. In this Costco Haul video you'll see the awesome bulk produce you can buy for your Spring healthy eating and detox needs.
The husband and I have been in smoothie, green juice, salad and fish mode to detox our indulgent winter habits and we feel great!
