We've all seen berry smoothies. Nothing new is happening there. So today's beauty booster smoothie takes that berry favorite and adds some unexpected nutrition: carrots (seriously!) and cantaloupe for water content instead of boring old ice cubes. Cantaloupe has an insane amount of vitamins A and C which are awesome antioxidants. In fact, carrots are in that same vitamin A boat. If you're looking for a way to sneak veggies into your smoothie, carrots are a good non-green way to make it happen. We all have our boundaries.
Carrot Berry Beauty Booster Smoothie

- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 6 strawberries (tops removed)
- 1, 2 inch across wedge cantaloupe
/// Directions /// Wash the berries and carrot. Peel the carrot and shred to help the blender out. Add all ingredients to the blender and puree until smooth.
