Time for another beauty booster smoothie! I'm so excited to have lots of fresh and in season produce to pick from now that it's spring. With warmer weather I was feeling bright and tropical so this mix up not only has the typical tropicals, but also powdered coconut! Isn't that crazy? So instead of having to add extra water when I wanted to use lime juice, I just added in a touch of powder for the flavor. It was a fun find at my International Market.
This smoothie is packed (paaaacked) with vitamin C which your skin absolutely loves. And now that the rays of sun are becoming a bit more harsh and you're outside more, it's especially important! Vitamin C, an antioxidant will help battle the free radicals produced while you soak up the sun.
Strawberry Mint Mango Smoothie
makes uno massive one or enough for two

- 1 mango, peeled
- 1 teaspoon powdered coconut
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 5 strawberries (frozen if you want it cold)
- mint for garnish

I also just HAVE to share this gorgeousness I've been staring at since this weekend. We went to the Leesburg Flower and Garden show and saw one of my favorite people, Holly Chapple (who also did my veggie wedding bouquet) at her booth. Needless to say, I scooped up a bouquet and it is just gorgeous!
