Work-wise, we're already talking deep fall foods and recipes but real-life seasonally that's not true. There are still tomatoes, squash, peaches and green beans to be had! Hopefully this menu reminds you to enjoy summer foods before you jump headfirst into fall inspiration content.
Two of this month's recipes are salads because that's what Chris and I crave in summer. We like the kind of salads you can keep going back to throughout the day out of the fridge (hey, we're being mindful-we just like main course style snacks?). The chicken feta salad made with chickpea pasta is a major, major favorite. If you make any of these, I highly recommend that recipe.
