If you're looking for help menu planning, we've got our eleventh seasonal menu up for inspiration!
June is a shorter menu because, well...June was crazy for our business. We do have a variety of beverages for National Iced Tea Month you can get to on the blog, but here we have our starter, main and a dessert.
In our house June is kind of a transition month for menus. In general, we tend to eat less and go 'lighter'. It's kind of an adjustment weather month with the humidity, and for both of us, when we're feeling warm we are just not interested in eating a lot. But we are interested in drinking rosé.
I'm sure you've started to notice melons, stone fruit and definitely tomatoes becoming available. This summer menu gives a light dessert option with cantaloupe, but can easily be switched to berries or stone fruit. It's a Southern take on a panna cotta (YOU CAN DO IT!). For the appetizer, it's a play on deviled eggs and the main is a very light main course salad with crab.
