I love July's seasonal menu. Everything is vibrant, simple but interesting. They're the kind of recipes you can make after a trip to the farmers market with pantry staples at home. By far, frittata has been our go-to meal on hand over two days recipe while the almond berry tart is going to be one of those recipes we edit and revive season after season. Kind of like schaum tortes.
Summer is my favorite season of eating for the long grazing kind of days where you chop up cheeses and produce and leftovers from any of these recipes. Call us to snack outside. We'll bring the wine.
