If you're looking for help menu planning, we've got our eigth seasonal menu up for inspiration!
This menu plan is a full transition to brighter more 'clean' flavors from lemongrass to beets and tropical fruit from the tail end of winter. It's a produce heavy menu with the baked feta stuffed falafel bowl and an entire fruit salad with spirulina sugar. And we can't forget the 'beet tartare'. Sure it's nestled in a bed of ricotta cheese, but it does have two kinds of beets plus apples. And it's ridiculously good (my personal favorite from this menu).
