TGIF: Thank goodness it's fall! I hope you continue to decorate pumpkins, whatever your age. More importantly, I hope you are taking advantage of all the little sugar pumpkins out there and big pumpkin seeds for nutrition! Pumpkins are a fabulous source of vitamin A and beta-carotene. Those icky and slimy pumpkin seeds,while they feel disgusting, are also packed with phytonutrients, so don't toss those out either!
