How was everyone's Easter weekend? We had salmon and steak and of course lots of champagne rounded out by a mandatory walk (as instituted by Grandma). In case you're not quite ready to be back to work today, here's some loveliness from a recent photoshoot! I developed two champagne cocktails for Freixenet: one orange, one blackberry, just in time for celebration season. If you have a bridal shower or baby shower or brunch coming up, whip up these cocktails for easy entertaining with big visual impact! And yes. There was gold leaf on blackberries happening.
